Connect Small Groups
Small groups offer adults the chance to experience Christian growth and community in a small group
setting. The focus is on prayer, worship, Bible study, fellowship and
service to others. These groups are facilitated by leaders
who are receiving ongoing training and support. September and January offer the most small
group options to choose from, but you can join a small group
throughout the year. If you would like to know what is
available right now, please contact Pastor Eric at
eflood@southparkchurch.org.
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
MOPS exists to encourage, equip and develop
every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a
woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ. MOPS is
designed to provide a break from the everyday, day-in/day-out
routine experienced by mothers of children in their first years
of life. MOPS meets on alternating Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:30
a.m..
Contact the church office for more
information, or

webpage! There's also a
great promo video that will show you what MOPS at SPC is all
about!

Celebrate Recovery
This is a recovery program and support group for people (and
their family members) who are dealing with a past or present
hurt, hang-up or addiction. It is a biblical approach to the
traditional 12-step programs. Each week a testimony or
teaching is followed by group discussion. There are also
avenues for working through the 12 steps.

Current Journey Series – “The Bible Jesus Read”
June 1 to August 31
The first five books of the Old Testament are often
referred to as the Books of Moses… or in the Hebrew Bible, the
Torah. These foundational books initiate the story that God is
telling. They start the themes that are continued throughout
Scripture and are later fulfilled.
But maybe you’ve found yourself asking questions such as:
Do we still need God’s Law? What was the point of the
sacrifices and priests? How does the Torah fit into the story
God is telling?
Come to the Journey series called “The Bible Jesus Read”,
starting June 1. Find out what impact the Torah has for us
today!
Iron Men
Saturdays, 7-8:15 a.m.,
Fellowship Hall
This year's focus will be "The Great Adventure." We
will explore a man and his world beyond the everyday. It
will challenge men to consider several important questions: Who
am I? What are my dreams in life? Do I have the courage to
pursue those dreams? Every week's teaching is followed by
an open discussion with men just like you about the subject of
the day.

Membership
This class will introduce you to the mission, heritage, and
leadership structure of South Park Church. If you have been
checking us out, this is a great way to take your commitment to
the next level. The class runs just over 3 hours and is
generally offered once in the spring and once in the fall. It is
regularly taught by Pastor Robbie and one or more lay leaders.
Some people take the class simply to learn more about South
Park Church. Others choose to apply for membership after
completing the class. This involves writing your faith story and
sharing it with a small group. Further details of the process
are shared in the class. Click here to register for the next
Membership Class.
