Activities and Events

Winter Bible Study - Thursdays, January 21-March 11, 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Join Women’s Ministry for our Winter Bible Study, One in a Million, by Priscilla Shirer. She will be taking us on an exploration of the Israelites’ journey through the wilderness and will encourage us to fully engage in the abundant life God has waiting for us if we will allow Him to take the lead in our daily lives. The cost is $15; scholarships are available. Call the church office for information or to sign up.

Women's Breakfast - Saturday, February 27, 9:00-11:30 a.m.
Chateau Ritz, 9100 Milwaukee Ave., Niles
Enjoy a morning of beautiful atmosphere, wonderful food, joyful conversation, uplifting music and messages about God's faithfulness. Tickets are $15. Stop by the Welcome Center or call the church office! Be sure to pick up extra invitations for your friends and family.

Faith & Fitness - Tuesday & Thursday Evenings
Women's Ministry is now offering a "walking in place" fitness class lead by Janine Hayden. You can do it!

Knitting Club – Ongoing; Mondays, 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Do you knit?  Would you like to learn?  There is a group of women of all ages meeting to do handiwork of all types.  The group meets every Monday at Panera Bread in Des Plaines (1518 Market Street) from 7-9pm for coffee, good conversation, and knitting, etc.  

Fall Gatherings - various homes throughout Chicagoland
This is an intergenerational potluck dinner.  It's a great way to get to know other women at South Park Church.  Women gather in host homes for a wonderful dinner and enjoy fellowship with other women of all ages. It's a great opportunity to share and receive wisdom and to make and renew friendships.
