How did you become a Christian?
I was raised in a family that valued following Jesus. I prayed to receive Christ as a young
child with my parents and have continued to walk with Him through the stages of my life.

How long have you been at SPC?
Our family moved to Park Ridge just over a year ago, and we immediately began attending South Park Church.

Why are you drawn to the role of Trustee?
I am drawn to the role of Trustee for a couple reasons. First, I think there is purpose, joy, and fulfillment in service. Second, I hope that my background in finance, consulting, and running a small business will be a good fit and allow me to be effective in serving with the Trustees.

What is your favorite Bible verse or story?
I really love Proverbs 3:3-18. It is packed with so much wisdom, and it has been a source of encouragement and growth for me throughout my life.

Where are you involved through SPC?
My wife, Ashley, and I lead a small group bible study. I briefly filled in for Trustee Diane Thorne last winter in processing the weekly offering.

What is a fun fact about you?
My hobbies include enjoying coffee and playing tennis.
