IMPORTANT: Requests should be made 30 days in advance and are subject to the approval of church staff.


You can return the Building Use Contract in one of the following ways:

1.  Bring it to the church office.
2.  Email it to renee@southparkchurch.org
3.  Submit it online along with your payment by filling out this form.
