Adam Nelson
DIR. OF MEDIA & WORSHIP ARTS
Adam has been on staff since 2013 and serves as the Director of Media and Worship Arts. He oversees the Tech Team, is the Creative Director of Roughhewn People, and actively helps curate liturgies and worship as a preacher, liturgist, and musician. He grew up at South Park Church and returned after college with his wife, Kristin, when he felt called to attend seminary in Chicago. Adam loves finding creative ways to rethink the Church’s role in society, engaging in Spiritual Formation, Contemplative Practices, Ethics, Theology, Art, Social Justice, and Intersectionality. Adam has three young daughters, Aubrey Erica, Riley Junia, and Hadley Corabelle, and a beautiful wife (and former staff member!), Kristin, who draws the best out of him. He loves his family, music, liturgy, learning, coffee, thrift stores, vintage guitar gear, and camping.
