It's that time of year again... TIME TO GO TO WINTER CAMP! 

Who? All students 6th-12th grade (and any friends they want to invite!) 
Where? Camp Timber Lee, East Troy, Wisconsin
When? MIDDLE SCHOOL- JAN 9-11, 2026.   HIGH SCHOOL - January 23-25h, 2026
Cost? $250 (optional extra $20 for a shirt)
What?  A life changing weekend away-- Tubing, Tobogganing, Karaoke, Turtles, BROOMBALL (back to back champs!), and of course Jesus!   Without fail, Winter Camp is one of the most anticipated, most memorable, and most transformative experiences we have as a community each year! If you have never gone before, this is the year! (IT'S SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE BEST THINGS WE DO YOU HAVE TO GO LIKE FOR REAL)

JULY 12-18, 2026

This upcoming Summer, South Park Church is partnering with Appalachia Service Project (ASP) for a High School service project week down in West Virginia!

 INFORMATION

 Overview:

• When: July 12–18, 2026
• Who: Current and incoming high school students
• Where: Appalachia (likely West Virginia area; ASP will confirm exact site this spring)
• Partner: Appalachia Service Project (ASP), a long–standing ministry that repairs homes and serves families in rural Appalachia

 What the week looks like: 

• Mornings: Breakfast, worship, and a short devotional, then teams head out to work sites
• Daytime: Home repair projects like building ramps and porches, replacing floors or walls, roofing, etc. Students work alongside adult leaders and ASP staff
• Relationships: Homeowners are usually around during the day, so students hear real stories and build relationships with the families they’re serving
• Evenings: Dinner, worship, teaching, reflection, and some free time to hang out, play games, or connect as a group
  It’s a really good mix of physical work, spiritual growth, and relational time with both our group and the community there.

 Cost and fundraising:

• Base trip cost from ASP: $375 per person
• After adding transportation and other trip costs, the total cost per person will likely be in the $650–700 range (This is an ESTIMATE, cost may be higher or lower and finalized in early 2026)
• Our goal is to fundraise 100% of the cost together, so, hopefully, families will only be responsible for the initial deposit. Please pray we can raise 100% of the cost!

  Fundraising will probably include:

• Support letters to family and friends
• A hands–on project (like building and selling benches or planters with help from our skilled adults)
• Various one day events (car wash, work day, etc)

 Next steps:

• Add the dates to your calendar: July 12–18, 2026
• Be on the lookout for: early registration in January, cost confirmation in the new year, and fundraising/cost dates!
