Eric Flood
Senior Pastor
Eric enjoys serving as the primary teacher, leader, and shepherd.  He served as a church planter in Ohio before coming to South Park Church in 2004 as the Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries. He transitioned to the Senior Pastor role in 2009.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Taylor University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  Eric is an avid reader and runner having completed the 2008 Boston Marathon.  He loves to visit ethnic restaurants with his wife Becky and to have adventures with his two daughters.

  Renee Gerstmayr
Executive Administrator
Renee Gerstmayr is responsible for providing administration and coordination of resources to achieve the church's mission. Renee has experience in the educational system where she directed middle school band and taught trumpet privately. Renee holds a degree in Music Education from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently enrolled at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School working toward a Master's Degree in Ministry.  Renee loves dating her husband Bernie, spending time with their two daughters, and she and her family love worshiping God and being part of the family here at SPC.

Jeannine Woerz
Director of Care Ministry / Office Manager
Jeannine manages the care needs of individuals and families in our church family that are experiencing a season of illness or crisis.  She also serves as the manager for the main office.  Her previous career was in banking and marketing where she was a corporate trainer in business development and customer service for 18 years.  She and her husband Glenn also owned and operated a marketing consulting firm for 5 years before moving from California to Park Ridge in 2000.  Glenn and Jeannine have a blended family of 5 children, 5 grandbuddies and one grandprincess!  Her hobbies are cooking, reading, writing, local travel and a drama sketch here and there.  She and her family have been actively serving at SPC for over 10 years and LOVE it!

R.A. Atanus
Executive Director
Before joining our church staff in 2009, R.A. and his family have been a part of SPC for many years.  R.A. spent several years in the IT industry working in marketing, engineering/development, and customer service roles.  His desire to serve and be used by God in all levels led him to his current position with our team.  He enjoys being around people and most importantly his family.

Becky Flood
Associate Director of Adult Ministries
Becky's primary focus is encouraging women of all ages in their spiritual development.  This includes recruiting, training and inspiring leaders as well as focusing on mentoring and discipleship.  Becky has a bachelor's degree in Communication/Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University.   She enjoys baking, working on crafts, and connecting with friends over a cup of tea.

Bob Anderson
Pastor of Youth Ministries
Bob has been a youth pastor since 1993.  He simply loves working with teens and helping them grow into mature believers seeking to serve our God all over the world.  Bob loves to write the sermons for the Sr. Pastor and be as creative as possible when it comes to skits, games and teaching.  Bob is a big fan of NASCAR (#24) and doesn't mind getting made fun of for it.  Bob loves to read a good book that will help him mature as a follower of Jesus. Bob and his wife Heather have two daughters, Tori and Hailey.

Deborah Kaminsky
Associate Director of Youth Ministries
Deborah works alongside Youth Pastor Bob Anderson in formulating teaching and small group material for SPC youth activities such as WORD, JAM and 1:20.  She loves applying the truth of God's word into current teen topics.  Her passion to travel has allowed her to see God's work in 15 different countries, which fuels her excitement for youth missions. It's known throughout the youth group that she is not afraid to bring it to the stage with some mean karaoke.  Deborah received her B.A. in Religious Studies at Florida State University and worked with Navigators Collegiate Ministry prior to serving at South Park. She is married to the cute Media Director.  She recently became a mother to her first child.

Jenn Sydow
Youth Assistant
Jenn is focusing on the administration side of youth ministry while building relationships as well. She is passionate about Bible studies, discipleship, and helping our young people grow and mature in their Christian walks. Missions is another passion, having participated in several international mission opportunities during her high school career. A recent graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Youth Ministry, she is excited about developing relationships with students in the JAM and 1:20 ministries. Jenn likes reading, archery, anything related to horses, and outdoor activities.

Kal Otis
Family and Children's Pastor

With 25 years of experience, Kal Otis serves as the Family & Children’s Pastor at South Park Church.  She is passionate about reaching children and their families, building volunteer teams and equipping the next generation to be the church.  She is a firm believer that what happens in our homes -Monday through Saturday is far more important than what happens at church on Sunday. Home is a safe place where we can apply what we learn at church by living out our faith, being transparent and experiencing God’s redemption and restoration.

Kal is a workshop speaker for the Children’s Pastor’s Conference and Kidology, and has published numerous resources and the book, Teams that Thrive. She has a Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Relationships. Kal and her husband Charles have three children, Chad, Missy, her husband Kay, and the proud grandparents of one granddaughter Sariah with another grandchild on its way.  She enjoys theater, reading, traveling, writing, coffee, dove bars, black & white movies, ice hockey and life-coaching children and teens. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She is also a three-time breast cancer survivor.

Iris Andersson
Associate Director of Children's Ministries
Iris gets to combine her passion for children and God in what she calls "the best job in the world!" She loves organizing events, programs and classes for children, and partnering with parents to raise kids that will know and love the Lord.  Iris previously enjoyed a career in commodities and banking, working in the United States and Germany.  Iris enjoys reading, hiking and playing board games.

Teresa Sweitzer
Children's Ministry Assistant
Teresa helps assist the Children's Ministry Director with planning, organizing and implementing all the needs of the children's ministry.  Her love for children and passion are evident in her work.  She has over 15 years of customer service support and experience.  She is our "behind the scenes, need help, can't find it" go to person.  She enjoys gardening, taking long walks with her girls and spending time with her husband Mike.

Christopher Clifton
Director of Worship and Creative Arts

Chris grew up near Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Anderson University and a Master’s of Music Degree from Ball State University. In 1997, Chris helped plant a church near West Palm Beach, Florida which grew to nearly 800 people. In 2010, Chris served as a keyboardist at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and led worship for Celebrate Recovery.  Chris and his wife Mindy (a native Floridian) have two young children, Landon and Jeni. The Clifton’s are Disney fanatics, love adventure and they are excited to be a part of the SPC family!

Steven Kaminsky
Director of Media and College Ministries
Steve is in charge of blending technology with ministry as our Director of Media Ministries. Previously, he worked as a roadie with Rat Sound as a touring Engineer.  He worked with bands and tours like Jimmy Eat World, The Vans Warped Tour and many others.  Steve holds a degree in Live Sound Production from Full Sail University.  He is currently working on his Bachelors in Christian Ministry at Trinity International University.  Steve loves to hunt, mix live sound and ride motorcycles.  Steve is married to Deborah and they are currently expecting their first child.  He and his wife Deborah love serving God here at SPC.
